Registration fee does not include accommodation charges. A limited number of rooms are available in Guest House (University/Institutes) or hotels. Accommodation to the delegates will be provided on first-come-first-served basis on payment of the advance. The delegates are requested to make an advance payment of lump sum Rs. 3000/- per head by sending the details of their stay in the prescribed format to the organizers. The payment may be made in the name of “Indian Society of Soil Salinity and Water Quality” payable at Karnal, Haryana, India or by direct online bank transfer (State Bank of India, The Mall, Karnal -132001, Saving Account No : 30451467955, IFSC Code for RTGS : SBIN0000665, Haryana, INDIA ). The delegates arriving with their spouse may be provided with desired accommodation on prior intimation and payment of the amount in advance. The details of tariff (excluding local taxes) for different types of rooms are as follows:
- Hotel (A/C single or double bedded rooms): Tariff slabs Rs. 1500-2500, > 2500-3500, > 3500-5000 per room/day
- Guest House (University/Institutes)
A/C (single or double bedded rooms): Tariff Rs. 750-1500/- per bed /day
Non A/C (single or double bedded rooms or dormitory): Tariff Rs 250-500 per bed / day
